Feb 22, 2023 · Supposedly, at least in the NY/NJ area, an Italian/Irish mix was common in the 20th century so Leon could be indeed Italian on his mother's side (think Henry Hill) since Kennedy is a non-Italian name. I'm curious if anybody else has encountered a similar situation. I think Italian is easier on the ears and easier to understand. Plus the level of conversation is perfect for a beginner, and the show actually entertaining and not annoying unlike other kid shows haha.
