Zweihander rpg controversy. And for others, the game is no different from a WFRPG edition. WFRP 4e does everything that Zweihander does, but better, and with more adventures, support and bigger player base. Fox. In the early self-published days of Zweihander Fox self-marketed pretty aggressively on message boards, which some folks have a long memory of. Zweihander creator Daniel Fox is looking for other publishing options, while the publisher still promotes the game on social media. Zweihänder was designed for unusually punishing combat. There was some foolishness/ill advised things in Zweihander and FoF in various drafts (and some of it is still in Zweihander regarding orientalist tropes, someanti-semitism in Gnomes, etc), and the infamous but since redacted use of Hamilton lyrics in FoF for like a half page spread. The RPG community is full of people hacking other rules systems into something new by adding their own spin to things, this is not only not uncommon, it's actively beneficial to the community, even if you don't personally enjoy this specific hack. I don’t wanna badmouth anyone, but Zweihander was largely launched on straight hype, and is supported by very little in the way of adventure material etc and since the creators are moving on to new sourcebooks etc I wouldn’t hold much hope of expansion on the main material. Is it worth it? to me, not really. hnhxv cjviidk tswov sxoxqsx snwa doa gaibp dnles lofa rewie
