As someone who doesn't get enough practice, I find the heavier Hudson Bay is easier to use for wood processing. I am looking for a tomahawk that can be thrown, as well as used for small wood processing tasks. It is available with Hickory or Nylon Polymer Handles. But I'm also a bit terrified of the spike - at least when I'm carrying it or using the blade side.
